HOW IT WORKS

How Help Happens

Your privacy matters.

We do not ask for highly sensitive personal information such as SSN, driver’s license, banking passwords, or similar private credentials. We only request the information reasonably needed to understand the situation and review the request.

STEP 01

Request or Referral Submitted

An individual, family member, or community partner submits a request for assistance through our online form.

STEP 02

Need Reviewed

We review each request individually to understand the situation, determine what support may be appropriate, and confirm any necessary details.

STEP 03

Direct Support Provided

When we're able to help, we provide practical assistance based on the specific need—such as groceries, essential supplies, transportation support, financial assistance, or educational needs.

STEP 04

Impact Documented

Every completed act of support is documented to promote transparency, accountability, and a clear record of how assistance was provided.

*Please note: Submitting a request does not guarantee assistance. Each request is reviewed individually based on the circumstances, urgency of the need, and available resources.

TRANSPARENCY

Transparency You Can Trust.

Every Act. Documented.

We believe trust should be earned through visibility. We document the practical assistance we provide so donors, partners, and the public can see how support is being used and what is accomplished.
